Early Literacy Policy Brief
EdVoice Institute and its California Early Literacy Coalition partners have produced a research-based early literacy policy brief anchored in the science of reading. The brief includes policy recommendations for each policy agenda item, proficiency rates for third-grade students in English language arts by subgroups, past state initiatives and policies, and additional considerations.
